Brittany Rosin, CSW
Hi! I’m a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Utah and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver. I work with adolescents and adults using a collaborative, strengths-based approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed practices. My goal is to help clients build practical tools, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change in their lives. I believe that everyone is doing the best they can with the tools and experiences they have, and I strive to meet each client with compassion, authenticity, and respect. Therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, and feel supported as you navigate life’s challenges. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or stress, I am committed to helping you develop the skills and confidence needed to move forward.
As a wife and mother of two boys, I understand the importance of balancing life’s many responsibilities while still making space for your own growth and well-being. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and cheering on my boys at the baseball fields. I look forward to walking alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and living a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
